Why we price templates the way we do
Ten years of client work taught us that the expensive part of a template is not the template — it is the week you spend rebuilding something that already exists.
The price of a week
Four days to design a logo reveal. Two days of client notes. Another day of “can we see it with the blue from last year”. That is a week of a studio’s life for ninety seconds of video, and it is a week that will happen again for the next client. Templates exist because that arithmetic does not scale, and pretending otherwise makes everyone slower.
Affordable is a design decision
We could price every template the way agencies price custom work, and sell three a month to studios that do not need the help. Instead we price so that a freelancer in a small city and a five-person studio in a capital city both say yes without a meeting. A lower price with honest support and no artificial tiers is a better business than a high price with a sales team.
What the price does not buy
It does not buy an unfinished file. Every template in the catalogue is built the way we would build it for a paying client: named layers, exposed controls, sensible pre-comps, no orphan comps, no “untitled 14”. If we would be embarrassed to hand it to a colleague, it does not go on sale.
