Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to mystikmotion.com and to every purchase made through it. By creating an account or completing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who we are

MystikMotion is an independent motion design studio based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. We design every template in the catalogue ourselves and sell them with a single per-item licence.

Accounts

• You need an account to buy and to download. Keep your password private and your email address current.
• You must be 18 or older, and the details you give us must be accurate.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
• One account per person or company. Sharing an account to avoid buying a licence is not allowed.

Orders and prices

• Prices are shown per template in Indian rupees, with an indicative USD amount. The currency actually charged is shown at checkout.
• A contract forms when payment is confirmed and your order appears in your account.
• We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid for an order.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of a technical fault, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Licence

Your purchase grants the licence described on the Licence page. It is a licence, not a transfer of ownership: the copyright in every template stays with MystikMotion. Reselling or redistributing the files ends the licence.

Files, versions and requirements

• Each item page states the After Effects version, resolution, plugins and fonts needed. Check them before buying.
• Fonts, stock footage and music shown in previews are not included unless the page says so.
• We may publish updates to a template. Updates are free for existing owners but are not guaranteed.
• We keep download links available for as long as your account exists, subject to fair-use limits that prevent automated scraping.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. In short: we refund broken or misdescribed files within 14 days, and we do not refund a download that has already been used because you changed your mind.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or distribute malware.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, scrape the catalogue, or probe the site for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, hateful or non-consensual when contacting us.

Intellectual property

The templates, previews, artwork, code and copy on this site belong to MystikMotion. You may not copy, republish or resell them. “MystikMotion” and the lotus mark are our brand assets.

Availability

We aim for the site to be up constantly but cannot promise uninterrupted service — hosting, payment and email providers occasionally fail. We will fix problems as quickly as we can.

Liability

Templates are provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost clients, lost revenue or missed deadlines. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the template in question.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, distributes our files or abuses support. Where a suspension is not caused by a breach, existing licences stay valid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Gujarat. We will always try to resolve a complaint directly first — write to the grievance officer and give us that chance.

Changes

We may update these terms as the shop grows. The version in force is the one you accepted at sign-up or checkout, and material changes are emailed to account holders before they apply.
