Copyright and DMCA
If you believe something on MystikMotion copies your work, tell us and we will act. Takedown requests are read by a human, usually the same day.

We design our templates from scratch and expect the same respect in return. If a file here infringes your copyright, we want to know — whether the claim concerns a template, a preview, an image or written copy.
How to file a notice
- 1Email hello@mystikmotion.com with the subject “Copyright notice”.
- 2Identify the work you own: the title, a description and, where possible, a link to the original.
- 3Identify the material you believe infringes it, with the exact URL on mystikmotion.com.
- 4Give your name, address, phone and email so we can reply.
- 5State that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
- 6Sign the notice — a typed name is acceptable.
What we do next
- We acknowledge the notice within one business day.
- If the claim looks valid, we disable the material while we investigate — usually within 24–48 hours.
- We notify the person who supplied the material and give them a chance to respond.
- We tell you the outcome and, if the material is restored, why.
Counter-notice
If you supplied the material and believe the takedown was a mistake, send a counter-notice with the same contact details, an explanation of why you have the rights, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat. If the original complainant does not start legal action, the material may be restored.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly upload or redistribute infringing material are closed, and their licences are revoked.
Misuse of this process
Knowingly filing a false notice is itself a legal risk. If you are unsure whether you own the rights, talk to a lawyer — or email us and ask; we will happily explain what we based our design on.
