Licence

One template, one payment, one licence. Use it in as many personal or client projects as you like — no extended tier, no per-project fee, no surprise renewals.

Every template on MystikMotion is sold per item with a single commercial licence. Buy it once and it stays yours to use; there is nothing to upgrade later and nothing to renew. We keep it deliberately simple because the templates are ours — we designed them, we own them, and we are the ones granting you the rights.

The short version

You can

  • Use the template in unlimited personal and commercial projects, forever.
  • Use it for paying clients, including broadcast, streaming, social ads and internal video.
  • Edit it however you like — colours, text, footage, timing, structure.
  • Use the same template for several different clients, as long as each end project is yours.
  • Publish the finished video anywhere: TV, cinema, YouTube, Instagram, OTT, presentations, events.
  • Keep a copy of the project files for your own archive.

You cannot

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, share or give away the template file itself, edited or not.
  • Upload the template (or a lightly modified version) to a marketplace, template site, course or asset bundle.
  • Claim authorship of the template, or register it as your own intellectual property.
  • Use it in a product where the template is the thing being sold rather than a part of the video.
  • Distribute the project with the licence removed or with our watermarks stripped for resale.

What “number of projects” means

There is no cap. A logo reveal you buy today can open one brand video this week and a completely different client’s reel next year. What the licence does not allow is packaging the template itself as a product — for example selling an “intro pack” that is our file with new text in it.

Team and agency use

If you work in a studio, the licence belongs to the person or company that bought it. Editors inside that same studio may install and use it on your projects. It does not extend to freelancers outside your organisation or to other companies — they need their own copy.

Third-party assets inside a template

  • Fonts are never bundled. Every template lists the typefaces used and links to their source; some are free, some need a separate font licence from the foundry. That licence is between you and the foundry.
  • Stock footage, photos and audio shown in previews are placeholders for demonstration only and are not included, unless the item page explicitly says they are.
  • Plugins such as Element 3D or Trapcode are required for some templates. They are listed under Requirements on the item page and are licensed separately by their vendors.

After Effects versions

Each item page states the minimum After Effects version and whether the project has been tested on newer releases. We keep files compatible with reasonably current versions, but we cannot promise that a 2019 project opens in every future release without adjustment; that is an Adobe constraint rather than a licensing one.

Proof of licence

Every purchase generates a licence key and a downloadable certificate with your order details, the template name and the purchase date. Keep it — clients, broadcasters and platforms sometimes ask for it. Anyone can check a key at /license/verify.

If the licence is abused

We are a small studio and template piracy directly costs us. If we find a file redistributed, the licence is revoked and we may pursue the claim. If you are unsure whether your intended use is covered, ask first — we almost always say yes.
